Pastor Phillip [Tony] Alward has been preaching since he was 14 years of age.    He and Janet founded Christian Center Chapel in 1972.    After pastoring there for 15 years, the Lord led Tony and Janet into the mobile ministry. They felt they were to serve the greater body of Christ through his giftings and his fathering heart.

For the past 8 years they have been traveling throughout America, seeing many saved and healed as the hand of God is outstretched in this last-day harvest. They are currently members of Ministers Fellowship International [MFI] and are sent out from their home church, Living Waters Missionary Association.

Tony and Janet have been married 47 years. They have two married children, Randy and Cathy Alward and Mike and Sandy Zinda. They also have six grandsons.
